Terms of Service

SoundTrail is operated by RPOOL, LLC ("we", "us"). By using soundtrail.id you agree to these terms.

The service

SoundTrail lets artists share free downloads behind fan gates (like, comment, follow, repost on SoundCloud and other platforms), sell tracks on the marketplace, and track performance on public charts. Fans get the files free after completing gate actions.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account and the content you upload. You must own or control the rights to any audio you upload. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, manipulate charts, or infringe others' rights.

Payments

Paid plans (Basic, Pro) and marketplace purchases are one-time payments — they never auto-renew. Card payments are processed by Stripe; QRIS payments by GoPay. Card statements read "RPOOL" — that descriptor is SoundTrail. Marketplace sales carry a 3% platform fee; artists withdraw earnings to their registered payout account.

Refund policy

Digital goods are delivered instantly. If a file is defective or a payment was charged without delivery, contact us within 7 days and we will re-deliver or refund. Plan purchases can be refunded within 24 hours if no gates were created.

Content & takedown

Artists grant SoundTrail a license to host and distribute the uploaded file through their gate. To report infringing content, email support@rpool.id with the gate/track URL and proof of ownership; we act within 48 hours.

Acceptable use

No botting, fake engagement, or scraping. Gate analytics must reflect real fans. Marketplace content must be your own work or properly licensed edits.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, RPOOL, LLC is not liable for indirect damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email. Continued use means acceptance.
