Acceptable Use Policy
SoundTrail is operated by RPOOL, LLC. This Acceptable Use Policy defines what you may and may not upload or share through SoundTrail. It applies to every gate, release page and marketplace track.
Rights you must have
You may only upload or link to audio that you own or for which you have obtained all necessary rights and permissions — including remixes, edits, blends, bootlegs and mashups that use third-party material. By publishing a gate or track you confirm this, and you take full responsibility for the content.
Not allowed
- Content you do not have the rights to distribute (leaked tracks, other artists' masters, rips from streaming services).
- Malware, phishing, deceptive redirects, or links to files that are not what the gate promises.
- Illegal content, hate speech, harassment, or adult content marketed to minors.
- Manipulating charts or analytics (bots, fake accounts, self-inflated downloads).
- Abusing fan data collected through gates (spam, resale, sharing lists with third parties).
Enforcement
We may remove content, disable gates, suspend or ban accounts that violate this policy, with or without notice. Repeat copyright infringers lose their accounts. Report violations to support@rpool.id.
Copyright complaints
Rights holders can request a takedown via support@rpool.id with the gate/track URL and proof of ownership. We act on valid complaints promptly.
